About Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV)
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is Central Govt. Hostel School which was established in 1986 by Former Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi. As per policy of the Government, JNV was to be established in each district of state every state in India. The first two JNV were established during established at Jhajjhar (Haryana) and Amravati (Maharashtra).
JNV comes under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. JNV offer the education from 6th to 12th class for free.
The student enter by clearing the entrance exam in 6th class, 9th class and 11th class. This is a hostel School.
